There is a possibility to put extra beds
in the living room, you can put the childs bed in one of the rooms
too.
In the yard can be found a closed car park,
which is the safe place for 4 cars.

20 square metres,
with beds for sunbathing, garden swings.
You can enjoy your holiday in warm weather because on the eastern
and western terraces
of the downstairs you can use sun shades and mobile mosquito-net.
The guest –house is equipped with central heating , you can switch
on in cool weather (with charge).

You can barbecue , prepare goulash cooked in a stew –pot on an
open fire with special suitable utensils.
The safe landscaped area is suitable for small children to play
outside.The beach is childrens friend,
it has a nice playground, fishing facilities. The depth and quality
of the water is good,
you can reach the beach in your swimming clothes in five minutes.
The owner does not live in the house. You can order your breakfast
and half board in the next guest-house.

for company programs, for friendly gatherings.
